Chicken Gravy Recipe:
Chicken 1/2 Kg
Ingredients for green paste:
Onions
Ginger
Garlic
Pepper
Coriander leaves
Cinnamon
Clove and Elachi
Ingredients for Coconut Paste:
Coconut
Tomatoes
Cuscus
Other ingredients :
Oil
Salt
Chilli powder
Coriander powder and Kasuri methi
Instructions to Cook:
Heat Pan with oil, add green paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes , and add chicken and fry it for about 4-5 minutes. Add Chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, turmeric as well fry till mixture begins to leave oil, after that add coconut paste, add water as needed.
Cook for 10-15 mins in medium flame .
Serve with steam rice or goes well with Idly/Dosa
