Ingredients:
Serves 4 pax
Marinated chicken

600g of chicken meat
1 tablespoon of Chinese white rice wine
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 teaspoons of cornflour
Other ingredients:

10g of sliced ginger
1 piece of red onion
3 stalks of spring onion
180 of white radish (daikon) – cut into cubes
180g of carrots – cut into cubes
750ml of chicken stock
3 tablespoons of light soy sauce
A few dashes of white pepper
Some cornstarch solution
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
