Quick, Easy, and Simple Chicken Salad Recipe

Servings: 2 Sandwiches
Ingredients
-800g Chicken Breast
– Salt
-Pepper
-1 tsp Garlic Powder
-1 tsp Onion Powder
– 2 Sticks Celery
-1 Cup Mayonnaise
-Bread
Directions
1. Salt and pepper your chicken and cook in a pan over medium heat until your chicken is white all the way through, about 10 mins. Alternatively you can bake them in an oven at 150C for about 15 mins until cooked through. Once finished cooking set aside and let cool.
2. Once your chicken is cool, finely dice your chicken until it is in very small pieces.
3. Then finely dice 2 sticks of celery and set aside with the chicken.
In a large bowl mix your mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined. Then mix in your celery, and then your diced chicken.
4. Once fully combined and everything looks wet, put in a container and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
5. Once cold, spread on two pieces of bread/toast and enjoy!
