400g | 1 sweet potato
400g | 1 1/2 cup cooked chickpea
30ml | 2tbsp lemon juice
1/2tbsp paprika
1/2tbsp ground cumin
1/2tbsp ground coriander
1 garlic clove
50g | 1/2 cup dried cranberries
salt to taste
1tbsp sesame seeds
? Dip sauce ingredients:
200g | 1cup red split lentils
500ml | 2 cups water
80g | 1/2 cup tahini
1 garlic clove
30ml | 2tbsp lemon juice
salt & black pepper to taste
Olive oil, ground cumin, paprika for garnish

5:29 ? Recipe 2 ingredients:
500g | 1lb sweet potato
250ml | 8fl oz dairy-free double cream
2tbsp nutritional yeast
2tbsp corn starch
1/8tsp black pepper
1tsp Italian herbs mix
1/2tsp nutmeg
salt to taste
2tbsp grated dairy-free cheese
2 chopped garlic cloves

?‍?Cooking tips:
❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
❗Recipe 1: you can bake sweet potatoes in microwave instead of baking in the oven.
❗Recipe 1: Use air fryer instead of the oven if you prefer.

0:00 ? Method for recipe 1:
Use a fork to poke holes in sweet potato.
Set on a baking tray.
Roast in the preheated oven at 425F | 220C for 40 minutes.
Rinse well 200g | 1cup red split lentils.
Place in a pot and add 500ml | 2 cups water.
Simmer for 7 minutes or until tender.
Drain and rinse cooked lentils with cold water.
Add cooked lentils and 80g | 1/2 cup tahini in a jag.
Chop 1 garlic clove.
Pour 30ml | 2tbsp lemon juice.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Garnish humus with olive oil, ground cumin, paprika.
Remove baked sweet potato from the oven and let it cool down.
Remove baked sweet potatoes skin.
Place baked sweet potato to a large mixing bowl, add 400g | 1 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas and mash with a fork or potato masher.
Add 30ml | 2tbsp lemon juice.
Season with 1/2tbsp paprika, 1/2tbsp ground cumin, 1/2tbsp ground coriander.
Add 1 minced garlic clove, 50g | 1/2 cup dried cranberries, salt to taste and 1tbsp sesame seeds.
Mix well until combined.
Spray or drizzle baking dish with oil.
Shape the mixture into small balls.
Transfer to a baking dish and spray or drizzle with oil.
Bake in the preheated oven at 375F | 190C for 30 minutes.
Serve with delicious homemade humus.

5:29 ? Method for recipe 2:
500g | 1lb sweet potato – peel and slice as thin as possible.
Grease baking dish with oil (baking dish size 20x5cm | 8x2inch).
Transfer sweet potato wedges into the baking dish.
Add to a jug 250ml | 8fl oz dairy free double cream. Feel free to use a full-fat oat milk or coconut milk instead.
2tbsp nutritional yeast.
2tbsp corn starch.
1/8tsp black pepper.
1tsp Italian herbs mix.
1/2tsp nutmeg.
salt to taste.
2tbsp grated dairy free cheese.
2 chopped garlic cloves.
Blend it all together. Do not make it whipped if you use double cream.?
Pour the sauce mixture over the sweet potatoes.
Bake in the preheated oven at 190C | 370F for 50 minutes until the sauce is bubbly, but firm.
