Preparation
Grind 150 g of the Strawberry fruit which has been cut into pieces in a grinder to a fine pulp after adding water as required and strain. Put in a cup of corn flour and mix with some water. Then mix this mixture with the strained Strawberry juice. Take 2 cups of sugar in a heated pan and add the watermelon mixture to this and let the mixture boil and thicken. Then in slow flame add a spoon of clarified butter to the mixture and mix well . Keep on adding the clarified butter spoon by spoon till the clarified butter separates from the mixture. Keep on stirring . Take off the flame and put it onto a well oiled pudding mold to set. Once the mixture cools take off the mold and serve.
