Corn flour – ¼ cup (approx.)
Chicken thighs (boneless cubes) – 500g

Step 2:
Vegetable oil – for deep frying

Step 3:
Oil – 2 tbsp
Carrots – ½ cup sliced
Capsicum (bell pepper) – ½ cup, sliced

Step 4:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Sriracha (chili garlic) – 1 tsp
Ketchup – 1 & ½ cup
Chicken stock – 1 cup (can use vegetable stock or water)
Salt – ½ tsp (or to taste)
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Sugar – ½ tsp
Scallions (or spring onions) – few
Dried red pepper – 3
