2 lbs chicken thighs
1/2 cup yogurt
2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp fenugreek leaves
2 tsp Garam masala
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp seasoning salt (sazon)
4-6 cloves garlic
1 inch of ginger
Optional: food coloring
