Chicken soup has long been touted as a form of folk medicine to treat symptoms of a common colds and related conditions.
In this recipe I used moringa leaves which has so many health benefits but if you can’t get it in your place you can replace with spinach.
You can make changes in my recipe to suit your taste as you may prefer more of one ingedients and less of another. We may not cook the same way, yet we both can produce good results.
Ingredients:
750g of chicken
2 medium sized carrots
150g of cauliflower
1 medium sized onion
half tomato
3 cloves of garlic
30g of ginger
2 stalks of lemongrass (cut & crushed)
1 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
