Tasty Chicken Curry Recipe || Quick And Easy Delicious Recipe

INGREDIENTS

* Washed 1/2 kg chicken

* 4 medium sized finely chopped onions

* Puree of 2 tomatoes

* 2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste

* 2 finely chopped green chillies

* 2 bay leaves

* 2 small cinnamon sticks

* 2 green cardamom

* 4-5 black pepper

* 2 cloves

* 1 spoon chicken masala

* 1 spoon hot spices

* 1 spoon coriander powder

* 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder

* 1 spoon chilli powder

* Salt as per taste

* Chopped coriander

METHOD

* Heat oil in a pan and after oil gets hot add hot spices – bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, black pepper and let it blend with oil for one minute

* After 1 – 2 minutes put chopped onions and sprinkle some salt on it Which will help to lessen the moisture of the onion and also it will add some taste

* Cover the pan for 2 minutes and once it has turned light brown add 2 tea spoons ginger garlic paste cook it for at least two minutes

* Next add chicken and cook at least for 7 to 8 minutes

* When the chicken is blended well with the spices we will put all the dry powdered spices one by one, green chillies, Salt to taste, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 small spoon coriander powder, 1 spoon red chilli powder, 1 spoon chicken spices and mix chicken and all spices well and cook for 4 – 5 minutes

* Cover the pan for five minutes after mixing chicken and spices for 4-5 minutes

* After 4-5 minutes open the pan and by then all the spices will have mixed well and now add tomato puree and cook it for another 8 minutes

* Once the tomatoes have cooked well add water as per your gravy requirements. If you are having it with flat Indian bread then add less water and if you are having it with rice then add more water to it and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes

* After 5 – 7 minutes your chicken will be well cooked with an appetizing color. Next add powdered hot spices and coriander leaves
