Ayam Cili Kam Heong
Cadangan hidangan: 4 orang

Bahan-bahan:
1 kg Dada ayam, dipotong dadu sederhana besar
Secukup Minyak masak

Bahan-bahan A: untuk salutan ayam
300 g Tepung jagung
1 sudu kecil Lada hitam
1 sudu kecil Garam
1 sudu kecil AJI-NO-MOTO®

Bahan-bahan B: untuk kuah
1 biji Bawang besar*
5 ulas Bawang putih*
2 inci Halia*
4 batang Serai*
3 sudu kecil Udang kering, rendam dan dituskan*
3 sudu besar Pes cili
2 sudu besar Sos tiram
3 sudu besar Gula
4 keping Cili kering
3 tangkai Daun Kari
3 helai Daun limau purut
1 sudu kecil AJI-NO-MOTO®

Cara menyediakan:
1. Campurgaulkan tepung jagung, lada hitam, garam, dan AJI-NO-MOTO®.
2. Masukkan ayam dan salutkan dengan campuran tepung tadi hingga rata.
3. Gorengkan ayam hingga sedikit kuning keemasan dan ketepikan.
4. Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam kuali leper dan tumiskan bahan-bahan yang dikisar (*) sehingga naik bau.
5. Masukkan pes cili dan sos tiram. Masak selama 4 minit.
6. Kemudian masukkan gula, cili kering, daun kari, daun limau purut dan AJI-NO-MOTO®.
7. Masukkan ayam yang digoreng tadi, kacau seketika sehingga rata dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.

Chilli Chicken Kam Heong
Serving suggestion: 4 pax

Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken breast, diced into medium size
Sufficient Cooking oil

Ingredients A: for chicken coating
300 g Corn flour
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®

Ingredients: for gravy
1 pc Onion*
5 clove Garlic*
2 inch Ginger*
4 stalk Lemongrass*
3 tsp Dried shrimp, soaked and drained*
3 tbsp Chili paste
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
3 stalk Curry leaves
4 pcs Dried chillies
3 pcs Kaffir lime leaves
1 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
3 tbsp Sugar

Method:
1. Mix corn flour with black pepper, salt, and AJI-NO-MOTO®.
2. Then, mix with the diced chicken and coat evenly.
3. Fry the chicken to lightly golden brown and strain. Set aside.
4. Heat up some oil in a pan and fry the blended items (*) until fragrant.
5. Add chili paste and oyster sauce. Cook for 4 minutes.
6. Then add in sugar, dried chillies, curry leaves, kaffir lime leaves and AJI-NO-MOTO®.
7. Add in the fried chicken and stir for a few seconds to coat with sauce before turning off the heat.
