INGREDIENTS AND PROCESS.

take

1) chicken minced in a bowl. make sure chicken minced should be dry, no water inside.

now add

2) thick curd – 1 big table spoon
3) ginger garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
4) raw chili – 1 or 2 raw green / red chili
5) fried onion – 1/4 crushed
6) salt 1 tea spoon
7) turmeric – 1/2 tea spoon
8) coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
9) kutilal – 1/2 tea spoon ( kutilal chili powder)
10) cumin powder – 1/2 tea spoon
11) black pepper powder – 1/2 tea spoon
12) ghee ( clarified butter) – 1 table spoon — butter can also be used.
13) chopped garlic – some
14) gram flour – 3 to 4 tea spoon

mix all together well and REST IT FOR 15 MINUTES

after 15 MINUTES

take

15) egg – 1 egg in to a bowl and beat it slightly.

now add this in to chicken mixture and then add some

16) freshly chopped coriander – some

mix all together well, and make kebab patties.

heat a non-stick tawa on medium heat, and add

17) oil – 3 table spoon

now COOK KEBAB FROM EACH SIDE TILL IT COOKED WELL

don’t over cook the kebabs.

serve hot with some raw onion and lemon or with mint and coriander chutney (dip)
