Procedure :
Heat oil and butter on a pan
Add ginger garlic paste
Fry for 2 mins
Add chicken
Fry chicken until colour changes
Add half cup sliced onions and fry well
Add turmeric, red chilly powder and cumin seeds
Mix well
Add 2 slit green chillies, salt as per taste and pepper powder
Add 1 tsp sugar
Mix well.
Add kasuri methi.
Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and cover to cook for 5 mins on low flame.
Serve hot.
