TODAY’S RECIPE IS Tender Coconut Jelly | Refreshing Cold Summer Dessert Recipe | Young Coconut Pudding | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Young coconut
Collect coconut meat
Spread evenly (6 inch mould)
Coconut water 2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Agar agar powder / gelatine 1 tsp
Mix well
Cook until boil
Boil for 5 mins low flame
Keep it in the fridge for 30-60 mins or until set
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
