Ingredients –
Chicken Breast
Soy Sauce
Honey
Sugar
Seasame Seed
Garlic
Ginger
Escallion
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Vegetable Oil
In a bowl add soy sauce, honey, sugar, garlic, ginger and escallion. Mix ingredients until evenly dissolved. Allow to sit and marinade for 10-15 minutes while chicken is being prepared.
After cleaning chicken breast add salt and black pepper; then stir.
Heat pan and add oil once to a particular temperature. Add chicken breast and cook on both sides for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Once done, add your teriyaki mixture and cook for another 5 minutes. When mixture is completely dissolved into chicken, add seasame seeds and stir. turn off heat and then plate with your heart’s desire
