Thai Grilled Chicken Salad:
Ingredients:
Chicken (boneless) 300g
Pasta (boiled) 1 cup
Onion (julienned) 1 cup
Tomatoes (julienned) 1 cup
Cucumber (julienned) 1 cup
Capsicum (julienned) 1/2 cup
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Fish sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar syrup 7-8 tbsp
Hot sauce 6 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 6 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 5-6
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Directions:
Marinate chicken with fish sauce, oil, lemon juice, salt or black pepper. Cook on grill pan. in a bowl mix fish sauce, sugar syrup, hot sauce, lemon juice, chopped chilies, garlic chopped and ketchup. For salad mix all vegetables. Mix chicken pasta and sauce. Serve with salad.
Scallion pancakes:
Ingredients;
All-purpose flour 1-1/2 cups
Boiling water to kneading
Oil for fry
Butter 1 tablespoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Scallions sliced as required
Garlic 1 tsp
Tama ajza ko mix kar k dough ready kar ln or bel kar gol pancakes bana kar oil main fry kar ln or sauce k sath serve Karen
Ginger dipping sauce:
Ingredients;
soy sauce 4 tbsp
Scallion sliced 1
Water 1 tablespoon
Rice vinegar 3 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Toasted sesame seeds1 tsp
Red pepper flakes 1 pinch
Ginger minced 2 tsp
Oil 1tsp
Mix all the ingredients and serve with pancakes.
