Thandai Kheer
1. Soak 2 tablespoon of rice (preferably gobindbhog)
And 1 tablespoon of cashew
2. Now take out 1 teaspoon of rice ,cashews and 2 tablespoon thandai syrup i have used form @gulabsfood (if your dont have syrup you can use powder as well ..
3. Boil 500ml milk and cook the rice and add the paste , sugar -2 tablespoon ( adjust acc to sweetness of your thadai) and dry fruits of choice .
4. Mix everything and your thick creamy and yummmy kheer is ready to serve.
