Ingredient List:
Poultry:
Spatchcock chicken
Produce:
4 large carrots, sliced
3 cups, petite potatoes, halved
2 medium-size, yellow onions, chopped
3 sprigs, rosemary, crushed
Seasoning:
2 Tbsp, garlic powder
1 Tbsp, paprika
2 Tbsp, onion powder
1 Tsp, oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Diary/Oils:
2 sticks, Irish cream butter-salted(softened) + 3-4 tsps aside
3-4 Tbsps, olive oil (divided)
