Ingredients:
For the Cobbler
Two cans of Sliced Peaches (15 oz)
One Half cup of White Sugar
One half cup of Brown Sugar
One tsp of Ground Cinnamon
One tsp of Ground Nutmeg
One tsp of Vanilla Extract
One half stick of Unsalted Butter
One tbsp Cornstarch
For the Egg Roll Wraps
One pack of Egg Roll wraps
Small cup or bowl of water
Cooking oil
One Cup of White Sugar
Three tbsp of Ground Cinnamon
Icing
Directions:
1. Drain & Reserve 1 can of peach syrup,
completely drain 2nd can then add peaches to the pot
3. Add 1/2 cup of white sugar & brown sugar then mix well
4. Add 1 tsp of ground cinnamon,
5. Add 1 tsp of ground nutmeg
6. Add 2 tsp of vanilla extract then mix well
7. Add 1/2 stick of unsalted butter and reserved peach syrup to pot and let cook on medium heat until butter is melted
8. Add 1 tbsp of cornstarch and mix well and let cook until thickens
9. Let sit for 15 minutes or until cool
10. Lay egg roll wrap flat and add cobbler to the middle
11. Roll sides first, then top
12. Wet finger tip with water and add on the end of wrap
13. Roll last half of Wrap.
14. Add Peach Cobbler Egg Roll Wraps to Pan with oil and let cook until golden brown on each side *flip when necessary*
15. Take out and let cool
16. Mix together 1 cup of white sugar and 3 tbsp of ground cinnamon
17. Cover egg roll wraps in cinnamon and sugar
18. Add icing
19. Serve with Vanilla ice cream
