Ingredients:
5 oz butter, at room temperature (140g)
4 cups crushed cookies (250g)
1 lb cream cheese (500g)
2 cups sour cream (300g)
4 oz granulated sugar (155g)
3 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
Powdered sugar, for garnish
Sliced fruits or fruit sauce, for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (180°C).
Beat the butter in a large bowl with a mixer until creamy. Add crushed cookies and stir.
Line the springform pan with parchment paper. Add the cookie mixture and press to form an even crust.
In another large bowl, place cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. Beat with mixer until combined.
Add eggs and beat until creamy and thick. Stir in the vanilla sugar.
Pour the batter over the crust in the pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature.
Once completely cool, refrigerate for 4 hours.
Garnish with powdered sugar and various fruits or fruit sauce.
