Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz baby spinach
1 pear – chopped
1 nectarine – pitted
3 lychees – peeled, pitted
1/2 lime – juiced
3 tbsp almonds
1 cup water
1 cup ice
Native to China, lychee fruit has a delicately sweet taste (once it’s peeled), and is full of potassium and vitamin C — vital nutrients for sustained energy. Lychee also has B vitamins, which help our bodies turn food into energy. Iron and vitamin K from spinach, fiber from pear, more vitamin C and vitamin A from a nectarine, and healthy fat and protein from almonds make this smoothie a healthy, balanced breakfast that will keep you upbeat and invigorated all day long!
