Easy Shredded Chicken
Sharing an easy shredded chicken recipe you can use for any dish! From sliders to meal prep, this chicken recipe is the perfect base and works for it all! I love how easy it is to throw it all into the slow cooker and let it cook on its own. It easily shreds with just tongs. The chicken is tender, juicy, and flavorful. You can add different sauces at the end to customize the flavors. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-4 lbs chicken breasts
-1 cup chicken bone broth
-3 dried bay leaves
-1 tbs olive oil
-1 tbs onion powder
-1 tbs garlic powder
-1 tbs paprika
-2 tsp salt
-2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
-add ingredients into a slow cooker and mix well
-cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender
-use tongs to shred the chicken
-customize with any sauce or added flavors
-store in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months
-enjoy!
