Here’s the recipe:
THE GREENS
1 ½ oz. (45ml) White Rum
½ oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
¾ oz. (22ml) Lemon Verbena syrup (Or simple syrup if you want)
1 oz. (30ml) Greens Juice
Cucumber Slices
4 Mint Leaves
4 Lemon Verbena Leaves
Dash of Salt
Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon, Lemon Ribbon, Mint Sprig, Edible Flower (Make sure the flower is edible and not picked, as it may contain pesticides)
PREPARATION
1. Slice a cucumber and muddle in a shaking glass or tin. Add mint leaves, Verbena leaves, rum, lemon juice, lemon verbena syrup, greens juice and a dash of salt. Add ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a serving glass and garnish with a mint sprig wrapped with cucumber and lemon ribbons, and an edible flower. Enjoy responsibly!
