How to nail The Perfect Juicy Chicken Breast Every Single Time, in a few simple steps!
The Chicken
2 x Skin on Chicken Breast
20ml x Olive Oil
Salt & Black Pepper
1. Season the chicken breast all over with salt and place a frying pan over high heat. Drizzle in the olive oil and heat for 1 minute.
2. Lay the chicken breast skin side down and cook for 2 minutes undisturbed until the skin is golden and crisp.
3. Turn the chicken breast over and place into a preheated oven at 180°C Fan for 12 to 15 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 70-72°C.
4. Rest the chicken on a plate for 5 minutes before slicing into it.
