Tandoori Chicken in the Air Fryer is definitely the easiest & fastest way to make authentic looking & tasting tandoori chicken that is slightly charred on the outside, while still being tender, juicy & succulent on the inside.
This recipe is ready in under 30mins making it more convenient to use an Air Fryer than an ordinary conventional oven.

Ingredients:
1.7kg of chicken legs – thigh & drumsticks
2 heaped tablespoons of:
Greek yoghurt and pataks tandoori marinade
4 tablespoons of oil
The juice of two limes
Garlic, ginger & chilli paste:
50g of fresh garlic cloves
40g of fresh ginger
4 green chillies
1/2 tablespoon heaped of:
Salt
Coriander
Garam masala & deghi mirch (Kashmiri chilli powder)
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of dried chilli flakes
1/2 tablespoon of cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon each of red and orange food colouring (optional)
