Our next addition to smoothie series is this super filling thick smoothie bowl for breakfast. This is such a beautiful and healthy breakfast meal idea. Also takes only few minutes to put together.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Milk
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Soaked Dates
2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
2 Frozen Banana
1 Frozen Apple
Toppings:
Watermelon
Mango
Rose petals
Walnuts
Poppy seeds
