1/2 Cup Milk
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Soaked Dates
2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
2 Frozen Banana
1 Frozen Apple

Toppings:
Watermelon
Mango
Rose petals
Walnuts
Poppy seeds
