Here’s the recipe:
THIN MINT SHOOTERS
1 oz. (30ml) Peppermint Schnapps
1 oz. (30ml) Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Half & Half
Chocolate Fudge Sauce
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Chocolate Sauce, Thin Mint
PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of shot glasses in chocolate fudge sauce.
2. In an ice filled glass combine peppermint schnapps, chocolate liqueur and half and half. Shake to combine.
3. Strain mix into shot glass and garnish with whipped cream, thin mint and chocolate sauce. Enjoy responsibly!
