Hello everyone! Here is another video on easy to make Naga style chicken curry with bamboo shoot, potatoes and dry King chillies.
It is quite simple to prepare and taste amazing. Give it a try and let me know how it turned out.
Ingredients:
Chicken (250gms)
Fermented bamboo shoot ( 1/4 bowl or as per taste)
Potato ( 2 med size)
Tomatoes ( 1 nos)
Dry Kingchillies (2 nos)
Ginger ( medium size)
Garlic (8 cloves)
Red chilli powder ( half tbs)
Salt as per taste
Water as required
