Ingredients
All-purpose flour-170 gm
Condensed milk – 200gm
Milk – 1 cup
Thick Cream – 160 ml
Egg – 5 nos
Sugar – 1 cup
Whipping Cream – 1 & 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
Step-1
Take the bowl to add the eggs and beat
Step-2
Add vanilla extract and beat again.
Step-3
Add sugar and beat until its fluffy.
Step-4
Keep it aside
Step-5
Another bowl sieve the all-purpose flour.
Step-6
Add flour gradually into the egg mix and fold.
Step-7
Grease a microwave-safe pan with oil or butter.
Step-8
Dust it with flour.
Step-9
Remove the excess flour from the pan.
Step-10
Pour the batter into the pan.
Step-11
Tap the pan for removing air bubbles.
Step-12
Bake at 150 degree for 30 minutes.

In another bowl add milk, condensed milk, and thick cream, Mix well and keep it aside.
Step-14
In a bowl add whipping cream and beat.
Step-15
Fill the whipping cream in a piping bag and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Take out the cake and poke holes in it while it is still hot.
Step-17
Pour the milk mixture on the top.
Step-18
Keep refrigerated until it gets soaked well in the milk (1 hour)
Step-19
Spread the whipped cream on top of the cake.
Step-20
Take out the chilled piping bag and garnish.
Step-21
Garnish with almonds slices. (pistachios and dries roses are recommended)
Step-22
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step-23
Pour the milk mix while serving.
