Tri coloured pasta (Penne) – 1 cup
Red peppers – 1 med sized
Yellow peppers – 1 med sized
Assorted lettuse leaves (iceberg, frissae, lollo rosso), torn into pcs – a few leaves
Oil – 2 table spoon
Salt – to taste
For the Orange and Honey Vinaigrette
Orange Juice – 1/2 cup
Jalapeno peppers, pickeled – 2
Mustard Seeds – 1 tea spoon
Peppercorns, crushed – 8 to 10
Lemon juice – 2 table spoon
Honey – 1 table spoon
Fresh basil leaves – 4 to 5
Extra virgin olive oil – 4 table spoon
Sea Salt – To taste
