Triple Berry Smoothie?
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1-2 Tbsp flaxseed
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well ??
