Oyakodon (Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl)
-Chicken Thighs (Sliced thinly)
-1/2 onion
-1/2 cup dashi (or soup stock)
-1 1/2 tbsp sake
-1 1/2 tbsp mirin
-1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
-1tbsp sugar
-spring onions
– 2eggs (beaten)
-1 cup steamed rice
-chili powder or cayenne pepper (optional)

Chicken Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken)
– Chicken thigh (bite-size portion)
– salt and pepper
-1/4 tbsp ginger (grated)
-1/4 tbsp garlic (minced)
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp sake
-1 tsp sugar
-4 tbsp potato starch (add more if necessary)
– cayenne pepper and chili oil (optional)

Chicken Teriyaki
– Chicken thigh
-salt and pepper
-1 tbsp potato starch
-1 tsp minced garlic and grated ginger
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-2 tbsp mirin
-2 tbsp sake
-1 tbsp sugar
– chili oil (optional)
