Ingredients for Fındıkzade Dessert Recipe
1 cup of ground hazelnuts
1 glass of breadcrumbs
1 cup of coconut
3 eggs
1 water glass measure of oil
1 tea glass of granulated sugar
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
For its sherbet;
2.5 cups of water
2 glasses of granulated sugar
For the above;
1 package whipped cream + 1 glass of milk
pieces of nuts and dragee
Preparation of;
1. First of all for its sherbet; Let’s put sugar and water into the pot and let it boil.
2. After boiling, let’s cool it from the stove.
3. Put the egg and powdered sugar in the mixing bowl and beat.
4. Add the oil, breadcrumbs, coconut, hazelnut, vanilla and baking powder and whisk it again.
5. Let’s pour the cake dough into the oiled ovenware and spread it.
6. Let’s bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
7. Let’s pour the cold sherbet over the cake, whose first temperature has come out.
8. Let’s spread a pack of whipped cream on the cooled dessert with its sherbet. And let’s sprinkle coconut.
9. Serve by slicing. Bon appetit to those who will try. 🙂
