Using 1 kilo of MINCED MEAT I’ve prepared a fantastic ROULADE!
.Ingredients:
For the filling:
spinach – 300 g (10.6 oz)
cheese cream – 500 g (17.64 oz)
pressed cheese – 250 g (8.8 oz)
garlic – 1 clove
olive oil – 8 ml (0.27 fl oz)
For the base:
minced chicken meat – 1 kg (2.2 lb)
eggs – 2 pieces
salt – 8 g (0.29 oz)
black pepper – 4 g (0.14 oz)
sweet paprika – 8 g (0.29 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/45 minutes
