Vanilla dessert recipe
Vanilla pudding is the easiest dessert.You can eat it hot,at room temperture,or even cold.You can adjust your sweetness according to your taste as well.You can also decorate the top with some fruits like berries.

INGREDIENTS
milk -500mi
sugar – 4Tbsp
cornstarch – 4Tbsp
salt – 1 pinch
butter – 1Tbsp
vanillaessence – 1tsp
METHOD
In a saucepan over medium heat,heat milk until bubbles form at edges.In a bowl,combine sugar,cornstarch and salt.Add this dry ingredients into hot milk ,a little at a time ,stirring to dissolve.Continue to cook and stir until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon.Do not boil.Remove from heat ,stir in butter and vanilla.Pour in to serving dishes and let it cool at room temperature and place it in a refrigerator for 2-3 hours.or chill for 30 mnts.
Garnish the chilled pudding with crushed pistachio and serve.
(cooking should be under low to medium heat otherwise corn starch will not cook properly)
