1 block extra firm tofu “pressed” and then marinated in:
1/4 cup “chicken” broth + optional 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp coconut oil and 1 tsp butter chicken spice
Naan bread- 1 piece cut in half for each sandwich you’re making
Cauliflower rice (enough for as many naanwiches you’re making! I used about 2 tbsp per piece)
Crispy onions
Vegan butter/margarine
Finely chopped chives or coriander/cilantro to garnish
For the Butter “chicken” (TOFU) sauce you can use your own favourite or add the following to a high speed blender:
1 cup cauliflower rice (thawed and drained)
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water

OR add this instead:
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp ground ginger
Sea or black salt to taste
