3 CUPS WALNUTS
1/2 WHITE ONION
1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
1/2 TBS EACH:
PAPRIKA
CUMIN
CHILI POWDER
SEA SALT
PEPPER
DICE ONION AND GARLIC AND SIMMER IN A PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR FIVE MINUTES WITH 2 TBS WATER TO SOFTEN BLEND ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS UNTIL THE MIX IS VERY FINE, ABOUT 1.5-2 MINUTES. DO NOT BLEND ENOUGH FOR IT TO BECOME NUT BUTTER. ADD MIX TO ONIONS AND GARLIC, THEN ADD 1.5 CUPS OF WATER AND COOK ON HIGH UNTIL VERY BROWNED.
