PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE RECIPE:
1 can pineapple rings
1 cup brown sugar
8 tbsp unsalted melted vegan butter
Maraschino cherries
Cake batter:
1 cup brown sugar
8 tbsp soften vegan butter
4 oz unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min
APPLE TURNOVER RECIPE:
2 Granny Smith apples
2 Fuji apples
2 Tbsp vegan butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Tbsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
Corn starch slurry (2tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp water)
1 sheet puff pastry
Butter top (1tbsp melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon)
Icing: 1 cup powder sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min
