Vermicelli Fruit custard recipe with English Subtitles |Fruit Custard recipe |Healthy Dessert Recipe


This is a Dessert recipe which is made of Semolina & Fresh fruits. This is an amazing recipe. Children to elders everyone like this dessert. Try this dessert this new year.Wish you all happy new year 2020.:)

Ingredients:

Vermicelli- 1/2 cup
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Sugar- 5 tbsp
Corn flour- 2 tbsp
Vanila essence- 1/4 tsp
Strawberries- 3
Apple-1
Grapes
Banana-1

Preparation:

Take 1/2 cup Vermicelli and roast it 1 tbsp ghee. Even if you are using roasted vermicelli roast it again in ghee.

Once it is roasted well, add 500 ml milk to this and boil it well till the Vermicelli cook well with the boiled milk.

Add 5 tbsp sugar & mix it till the sugar dissolve completely.

Take 2 tbsp corn flour & mix it in less amount of milk separately. Make sure corn flour is dissolved completely and without any lumps. Then add it with the boiling milk.

After adding the corn flour, Milk will get thick. If it is too thick add some more milk. Add 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence & mix it well.

Switch off the flame and allow it to cool down to room temperature. Once it reaches room temperature fresh fruit has to be added.

If its thicker after getting back to room temperature, add some more cooled boiled milk & mix it well.

Move it to another glass bowl, add 3 sliced strawberries, sliced green & black grapes, sliced bananas, sliced apples etc.

There is no limitation with the fruits, You can add the fruits of your choice to this custard.

Simple & delicious Vermicelli Fruit custard recipe is ready.

This can served as it is in room temperature or can be Served after refrigerating for an hour too.
