Very Simple Beef Recipe | Japanese Gyudon in less than 10 minutes


Enjoy this very simple and quick beef Japanese style recipe!

Ingredients:

750 grams of thin sliced beef (sukiyaki cut/very thin slices)
1 cup of water
1 cup of white wine
1 cup of mirin or dashi
1/2 cup of soy sauce
3 tablespoon of white sugar
White onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
Spring onions and toasted sesame seeds ( for garnish)
Soft boiled egg
