Vitamix A3500 unboxing and first smoothie recipe

I just got my first Vitamix, the A3500 which is replacing my 10 year old Oster blender. I’m excited to make my first smoothie and see how it compares to the Oster. This is more of a paleo smoothie because of the mango and amount of fruit but depending on what level you set your daily net carbs you can squeeze this in on keto, especially if you exclude the mango. It was very tasty and filling. I felt satiated for several hours. Plus, it’s healthy since it has just over a whole servings of vegetables!

Ingredients for this smoothie:
1.5 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond/Coconut blend Milk
1 cup Organic Spinach
1 cup Organic Spring Mix
1 tsp Bob’s Red Mill Whole Brown Flax Seed
1 tsp Organic Hemp Hearts
1 tbs Sprouts Organic MCT Oil
1/2 Small Avocado
1/2 cup Fresh Blackberries
1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
1/4 cup Frozen Organic Mango
Stevia to taste
