GLASS CANDY
3 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Corn Syrup
2 Cups Water
1/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
*Cook ingredients on a low heat until it reaches a temp of 290 degrees (use a candy thermometer to measure heat). Pour onto a greased cookie tray to harden.

3 1/2 tazas de Azúcar
1 taza de Jarabe de Maíz
2 tazas de Agua
1/4 cdta. Crema de tártara
* Ingredientes Cocine a fuego lento hasta que alcance una temperatura de 290 grados (use un termómetro de caramelo para medir el calor). Vierta en una bandeja de horno engrasada a endurecerse.
