Watermelon Chicken Curry Recipe:-
INGREDIENTS:-
Watermelon 4 to 5 kg
Chicken 750 g

Spicy Masala paste :
2 tbsp Mr. Gold Refined Rice bran Oil (or) Groundnut Oil,
1 Cinnamon,
6 Cardamom,
6 Cloves,
1 tsp Fennel seeds,
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds,
2 Onion chopped (medium),
5 Garlic cloves,
1 inch Ginger,
10 to 12 Cashew nuts,
1 hand full Mint leaves,
1 hand full Coriander leaves,
3 Tomato Chopped (medium),
After sauteing, cool and grind well…..

Chicken Boiling Process:-
750 g Chicken pieces,
1 Cup Water,
1 tsp Salt,
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,
1 tbsp oil,
Cook for 15 mins on medium flame,

Gravy Making Process:-
4 tbsp Mr. Gold Refined Rice bran Oil (or) Groundnut Oil,
4 sprig Curry Leaves,
1 tsp Chilly powder
2 tsp Coriander powder,
1 tsp Curry masala (or) Chicken masala,
Prepared Spicy Masala paste,
1 cup water,
Boiled Chicken pieces,
Salt as Taste,
cook for 2 mins and

Then put the prepared Chicken gravy in a watermelon shell and boil it for 20 mins…

Now enjoy Ur Watermelon Chicken gravy with Parotta, Chappati…
