Here’s the recipe:

WATERMELON MIMOSA
4 oz. (120ml) Champagne
2 oz. (60ml) Lime Juice
Watermelon
Mint Leaves
Ice Cubes

PREPARATION
1. In a blender combine watermelon, mint leaves and lime juice and pulse until smooth.
2. Drop an ice cube into the base of a champagne flute and pour watermelon mix half way into glass.
3. Top with champagne and gently stir. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy responsibly!
