1 cup kale
1 banana
1 pear
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
Few leaves of mint
1 cup almond milk
Blend all the ingredients and add more milk if desired ?
