Smoothie Ingredients
1 green zucchini – chopped
1 apple – chopped
1/2 avocado
1 bunch mint
1 tsp matcha tea
3 tbsp cashews
1 cup water, 1 cup ice

Thanks to L-Theanine, a naturally occurring amino acid that provides focused energy without jitteriness, matcha is a great alternative to traditional coffee drinks.
