As a busy entrepreneur and a mom of two, smoothies have been the very best breakfast to start my day! In this video, I teach you how to make my favorite go-to smoothie using low-sugar ingredients.
When you lower your sugar intake, you will absolutely feel a difference! Packed with nutritious ingredients like Liquid B-12 and Bee Pollen, this smoothie will improve your immune system and increase your ability to focus.

The Recipe:
I’ve searched high and low to find these ingredients to keep the sugar low yet tasty and satisfying. You may want to read others reviews on proteins as some are grainy and don’t mix well. These I mention work nicely for me in my Vitamix.
I am dairy free and enjoy Plant Based Vanilla Protein you can add the Protein powder of your choice.

1/2 scoop Vanilla Pea protein w/Matcha (Balanced Greens)
1 scoop Vanilla Hemp Protein Aloha or
1 scoop Vanilla Pea Protein/Pumpkin Seed/Quinoa (KOS)
1 tbsp Bulletproof – Brain Octane
1/4 tsp Liquid B12 (Premier Research Labs) Amazon
1/2 tsp Bee Pollen ? to start and can increase to 1 tsp later
