Safed Murgh or White Chicken Korma, also called chicken in white gravy is a mild-tasting curry recipe. This easy chicken recipe has cashews and Oleev Oil which make the curry tasty, creamy & delectable .
Ingredients –
To Make Cashew Paste
1 Cup Cashew Nuts
3 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger (chopped)
10 Garlic Cloves
Water
To Make Chicken Gravy
2 tbsp Oleev Oil
2 Bay Leaves
1 blade mace
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
2-3 Green Cardamoms
4-5 Cloves
8-10 Peppercorns
1/2 cup Onions (chopped)
Cashew Paste
1/2 kg Chicken (Curry Cut)
1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
Salt
1 Green Chilli
