INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
½ Cup Grated Coconut
1 Cup Water
Blend
Strain the Coconut Milk
½ Cup Jaggery
¾ Cup Water
Let It Boil
Cook Until Dissolves the Jaggery
Cook For 2-3 Min.
Keep Aside
1 Cup Wheat Flour
Keep Stirring
Roast In Low Heat
2 Tbsp Ghee
Roast For 7-8 Min.
Coconut Milk
Mix Well
Add Jaggery Strup
Mix Well
1 Tbsp Ghee
Keep Stirring
Cook Until Separate from the Pan
Grease Oil on 6 Inch Mould
Place a Baking Paper
Pour
Keep Aside For 1 Hour
Cut Into Pieces
