Whole30 Chicken Wings – Healthy Baked Chicken Wing Recipe

In this episode of Big Daddy Eats we show you how to make healthy baked chicken wings that are Whole30 and Paleo approved! These Whole30, Paleo, healthy baked chicken wings are delicious. Make sure to check out the ingredients and items used below.

Here are the ingredients used:

The most important and key to this recipe is the sauce and that you bake the wings on a oven cookie sheet cooling rack:

All Spice Cafe Chipotle Garlic Sauce – http://amzn.to/2d8ojKy

Oven baking cooling rack – http://amzn.to/2d8pgCk

All Spice has different flavors pick on thats more to your liking.

I seasoned the wings with Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, and Garlic Powder

Directions:

1) Drizzle some olive oil over your wings before seasoning them

2) Season the wings

3) Drizzle the All Spice Cafe sauce and mix the wings

4) Pre Heat Oven to 400 degrees

5) Set time to 40 minutes

6) At 20 minutes you will pull out the wings to flip them

7) Pull out wings at 40 minutes and apply some more wing sauce with a brush

8) Set oven to broil and put the wings back in for about 5 minutes to get that extra crisp!
