1 lb chicken breast
2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
3 oz bourbon
1 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 Tsp browning
2-3 tbsps garlic
3-4 sprigs green onion
ap seasoning and chicken bouillon powder
Red pepper flakes
3 tbsps corn starch
Slurry (1 tbsp corn starch 4 tbsps cold water)
Sesame seeds and chive for garnish
